Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", "User") and Pack My Tools ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using Pack My Tools — including all AI tools, APIs, autonomous agents, and associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Platform. Users between 13 and 18 may use the Platform only with verifiable parental or guardian consent.

To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. You are solely responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, API keys, and any access tokens. • All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not. • Immediately notifying us at support@packmytools.com if you suspect unauthorized access, credential theft, or any security breach. We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate accounts that: • Show signs of automated abuse, credential sharing, or suspicious login patterns. • Violate our Acceptable Use Policy (Section 5). • Remain inactive for more than 24 consecutive months. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on all accounts with access to billing or admin features.

Pack My Tools provides access to a suite of AI-powered tools spanning text generation, image creation, code assistance, document analysis, and autonomous agents. Nature of AI Output: You acknowledge that outputs generated by artificial intelligence models ("AI Content") are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or entirely fabricated ("hallucinations"). AI Content does not constitute professional advice — legal, medical, financial, or otherwise. You are solely responsible for independently verifying any AI output before relying on it for commercial, legal, or safety-critical decisions. Ownership of Your Content: • You retain all rights to the prompts, documents, and files you upload ("Input"). • Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the outputs generated from your Inputs ("Output"), to the extent permitted by applicable law. • You grant Pack My Tools a limited license to process, store, and transmit your Input and Output solely to operate the Platform, deliver your generations, and comply with legal obligations. • We do not claim ownership of your Input or Output and do not use them to train public AI models (see our Privacy Policy, Section 3). Third-Party Models: Some tools are powered by external providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, and others). Use of those tools is also subject to the providers' respective usage policies.

Access to AI tools is governed by a token-based consumption system. Each tool operation consumes a defined number of tokens, stated on the tool's interface before you run a generation. Tokens: • Tokens are non-transferable and have no cash value. • Token costs may be adjusted as model pricing and infrastructure costs change. Material adjustments will be announced in advance. • Monthly plan tokens expire at the end of each billing cycle unless your plan specifies rollover. • Pay-As-You-Go tokens (purchased via redeem codes) do not expire. Subscriptions: • Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until canceled. • You may cancel at any time from Account Settings → Billing. Access continues until the end of the current paid period. • Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of premium features. Refunds: • Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection law (e.g., EU 14-day cooling-off period for first-time purchases). • Pay-As-You-Go redeem codes are non-refundable once redeemed. • Unused redeem codes may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if not yet redeemed, provided you can show proof of purchase.

You agree not to use the Platform — directly or indirectly — to: • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code, model weights, prompts, or proprietary algorithms of the Platform. • Bypass, circumvent, or attempt to defeat token accounting, rate limits, authentication, or other security controls. • Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that promotes violence or self-harm. • Generate malware, phishing content, spam, or material designed to deceive or defraud. • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity. • Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data from the Platform without prior written authorization. • Use Platform outputs to train, fine-tune, or develop a competing AI model or service. • Infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party. • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right. Enforcement: Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of unused tokens, and — where applicable — referral to law enforcement. Reporting: If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, report it to abuse@packmytools.com.

Platform IP: The Platform's structure, source code, user interface, visual design, logos, brand assets, tool architecture, agent workflows, prompts, and proprietary algorithms are the exclusive intellectual property of Pack My Tools and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Your License to Use: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not permit you to: • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Platform itself. • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Platform's code or design. • Use our branding, logos, or trademarks without prior written consent. Your Content: You retain all rights to the Input and Output you create using the Platform, as described in Section 3. By submitting content, you grant us only the limited rights necessary to operate the Platform. Copyright Complaints (DMCA): If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@packmytools.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice", including identification of the copyrighted work, the infringing material, your contact details, and a good-faith statement. We respond to valid notices promptly.

AS IS Basis: The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. No Professional Advice: Content generated by the Platform does not constitute legal, medical, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional before acting on AI-generated information. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pack My Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Cap on Liability: Our total cumulative liability arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) one hundred US dollars ($100) or (b) the total amount you actually paid to Pack My Tools in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Exceptions: Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Termination by You: You may cancel your account at any time from Account Settings → Security → Delete Account. Upon cancellation, access to premium features ends immediately or at the end of your current billing period (depending on plan type). Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in activity that threatens the security or integrity of the Platform. Unused tokens may be forfeited on termination for cause. Effect of Termination: Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law — will survive. Amendments: We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and both parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction there. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
